Welcome to the Tapscott learning Trust

AT THE HEART OF THE TAPSCOTT LEARNING TRUST IS A COMMITMENT TO OUTSTANDING EDUCATION FOR ALL CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR CARE

Thank you for taking the time and showing interest in our exciting and progressive trust. The Tapscott Learning Trust (TTLT) is an organisation dedicated to improving the life chances for our children. We currently have four very large primary schools employing over 450 members of staff and educating more than 2500 children. To ensure the best for our pupils we know that the development and wellbeing of our staff is paramount. Therefore, through our wellbeing packages and professional development for all staff, we look at the best ways to work as a community; working together to achieve for all.

Our trust is an accredited provider for professional development with UCL and the training provider for the Autism Education Trust within the local area. We offer a wide package to support our staff, whilst also supporting a wide scope of opportunities for further development at many levels.A growing Trust, full of opportunities

If you are an aspiring teacher or professional looking to develop your career in education, you may well be thinking to yourself: ‘What can TTLT offer me?’

At the heart of what we offer our employees is a bold promise. As a prospective employee, we promise you an opportunity to:

Participate in a big vision

Regardless of role or location, every employee at TTLT is compelled by a common vision: All pupils within the Trust will have the right to an outstanding education irrespective of social, economic or demographic factors

Delight in academic success

TTLT is currently one of the top performing Trusts in the UK for Primary outcomes. We have an exceptional record of teaching and academic results, often in the midst of challenging local circumstances. Come and taste success, and delight in what that means for our children.

There are often pupil vacancies within different year groups at each of our schools. Please contact the school's office to make an appointment to visit the school. More information regarding pupil admissions and vacancies are available under the 'Admissions' section of our website.

Pursue new opportunities

We are courageous promoters here at TTLT. If we see potential – and there is an opportunity – we will not hesitate to support you in meeting your own. Our network of schools in close proximity, along with our acclaimed Training Hub, offers the perfect foundation for personal and professional development.

Contribute to a peer network

Unlike many growing Multi-Academy Trusts, TTLT is marked by the clear geographical proximity of its schools – a feature that allows for collaboration and relationship of the kind few MATs can offer.

If you share our vision of outstanding education for all children, through developing effective partnerships and always striving for the best then please look out for our vacancies or feel free to add your details to the talent pool.
